Product Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have 100% satisfaction with your product purchases. For all Canadian customers, you have 14 days from the purchase date, if you desire to return your product(s), please follow these guidelines. Sadly, we do not accept refunds from customers outside of Canada. 

Return Guidelines

• Email: support@lubuuu.com and let us know that you are sending a return. Include your name, the tracking number, and the reason for the return. 

• Product(s) must be packaged and taken to your local Canada Post Office where you must purchase a shipping label with a tracking number. 

• The return address is: Suite 91099 - 1427 Bellevue Ave, West Vancouver, BC V7T 1C0 Canada. 

• Please include a note with your name and reason for return inside your package.
  

• Packages that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will not be accepted.
